Heavy winds and rain here in Juneau, making us glad that we will be leaving Juneau in less than two weeks for the winter. Long term forecast is for a colder and snowier winter, and we will just have to keep track of that from Arizona and New Mexico. This is our first attempt at "blogging" so let us know what you think (no--really!). We will be posting photos and maps and stuff as we learn what the heck we are doing.

Every room has a tote bin or a pile to be sorted and packed into the 9 plastic tubs for the pickup. Planning for 5 months on the road and every season we will experience is a challange. I have condensed 14 feet of clothes closet into 3 feet of clothes!
